Cosmetic skincare products

Our temperature-controlled storage and organizer cases are designed to help store items at a stable temperature. They are not medical devices. Please use them only as described in the product instructions.

MedWell Plus is not responsible for the condition, effectiveness or safety of items stored in our cases, or for loss resulting from misuse, power loss, battery depletion or failure to follow instructions.
Research Division products
Products offered through the MedWell Plus Research Division (when available) are sold strictly for laboratory research use only.
- They are not for human or veterinary use, and are not food, drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices.
- They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- We do not provide dosing, administration or usage guidance, and nothing on the Site should be read as such.
- By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age [attorney to confirm age], that you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a qualified institution, and that you will handle products in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Telehealth services
MedWell Plus telehealth services are planned and not yet available. When launched, telehealth consultations will be provided by independent licensed healthcare providers. Any provider–patient relationship will be between you and that provider, not MedWell Plus.
- Telehealth is not appropriate for emergencies.
- Services will only be available in states where providers are licensed.
- A consultation does not guarantee any specific diagnosis, treatment or prescription — all clinical decisions are made by the provider.
Additional terms will apply to telehealth services and will be published before launch.
